Strange formation, need counter!

My enemy's formation :
How i can counter this? Im thinking about 4-5-1V or 3-5-2V, is this good idea?

3W-5-2 Flat according to the counter formation chart. I've never used it before though so I can't say for sure that it works

Having Long Passing is crucial here. I would use a 4-2(N)-2(W)-2.

Mentality: Normal
Passing: Long
Marking: Zonal
Tackling: Normal
Pressing: Whole Pitch
Counter-Attacks: On
Offside Trap: Off

Alternatively, 4-5(V)-1 is also a good choice IMO.
