This dude has an odd formation of 2 CB, 2 wide DM(L/R), 2 CM, 2 AMC, and 2 STR.

I held onto a draw in the last leg (admittedly with me fielding a far weaker team than normal as I forgot to rotate players before the game and I wasn't available to watch the game) but am away for the next and not sure if I'll be available to set up the team tactics mid-match if needed much like last time.

I'm guessing he has arrows on his DM(L/R) that allow his formation to switch between 4-2-2-2 or 2-4-2-2 quite comfortably. Just wondering what people's thoughts are, I've been switching between 3-5-2/4-4-2/4-5-1 for this season quite happily with no major issues.

Looking for peace of mind is all.
