The first thing you should notice is that their midfield is very weak - so you must have a formation which will dominate the center of the pitch.

I would use either a 4-5(V)-1, 4-5-1(Flat) or a 4-4-2(Flat).

Mentality: Normal (Or your preferred choice)
Passing: Mixed
Marking: Zonal
Tackling: Normal (Or your preferred choice)
Pressing: Own Half
Counter-Attacks: On
Offside Trap: Off
