HELP! How to beat this strange formation

Hi guys, new here but I've been an anonymous reader for a while now.

New season and the competition is tough for a Level 3 manager like me!

Anyone know how to beat this formation?

I haven't encountered it before and no clue how to counter it. His team is only a few quality points lower than me (about 2) but all his first string players have special abilities! HELP HELP HELP!!!

It looks weak in the last third of the pitch centrally. I'd forego using wingers but definitely use an AMC and 2 strikers.

4-3-1-2 could maybe work? Defensive and counterattack maybe?

I would still go with wide AMs and 1 ST. It looks more exposed in the centre, but zonally, a central ST would only be covered by the DC, while the other STs would be triple marked. AMCs would also be covered by four or five opponents, while each wide AM is only covered by three opponents.

The positions of the other seven players are up to you, but I'm suggesting AML, AMR and a single ST. You could play with another AMC to distract the opposition players or something lol.
