I need advice
I will be playing a 4-2-3-1 W (2mc 1amc 2 extrems )
What instructions should i put and what arrow in each position?

This is my way, and i can tell you, there are some other ways to Play it! i dont know your Players. These orders do a good Job for 6 or more star Teams.

Normal
Mixed
Strong pressing
short
hard
zonal

V1: red on aml and amr
V2: red on dl and dr (sometimes with offside trap)
V3: red on st
V4: no arrows

Of course you can Play Long balls and force Counter attacks and save condition by using low pressing. Try it out!
