In few hours i'll have to front the formation on title for the first leg of CL turn, let's get a picture:

maybe yes, but I would play with 3DC+1DMC against his attack from the middle.
Of course with this defense and oppo strong center, must play with wingers, from the flanks.
(like 3-5-2V or a 3-6-1V).
but I suppose you don't have such players

But i think i can replace them with 2 strikers...maybe the fastest...

I play before on CL final and won using 3-2dmc-3w-2 normal standard orders. Been using lately attacking with offside trap on and it works very well.

every formation will work, if you find out the right orders in the match! It is our job as Manager to find it out! if i tell you some orders, you can have Problems in the match, cause the Opponent use some orders which will Counter my orders that i ve told you.

i can only give some hints to you to find a good Formation that can exploit the opponents weakness. in this case you Need a Formation with two pairs of wingers! p.e.: 4-5-1 V, 4-1-4-1, 4-4-2, 4-4-1-1. of course you can Play 3-5-2 v or 3-1-4-2 but you should be stronger!

i don´t know why u´ve played 3-5-2V. you didn´t have enought possessions for that.

Finally possession was similar (his 55% vs mine 45%), i've just tried to exploit the wings that he hasn't using my fastest ST's (played as AML/R) but this wasn't enough...
A "flat" formation could have done better the job...

I 've read that STs have the talent for playing as AMR-AML but if I understood, you used two STs for wingers ?
Yeah, this is too much

Anyway, as you can see, to counter some formations, you must have also AML-ML and AMR-MR, so better find two veteran (30 y.o.)

I used them (ST's) as AML/R, played 3-5-2V.
