How do I counter 3W-3-2-1?

My opponent's formation is like this
GK
DL- - - - - DC- - - - -DR

MC-MC-MC
AML-- -AMR
ST- ST

How do counter it? I usually play the 4-5-1 V-style and I'm thinking of just putting the blue arrow on the DMC and red arrows on DL&DR. Should I use another formation that has a AMC since he only has 3 defenders and no DMC?

Well... Played with him away already and lost 4-0 using the 4-5-1 V-style.... Why no one helped me? my opponent wasn't even there, his stadium has no fans at all, I was there to watch the game and still lost 4-0.....

i ve beaten this Formation with 4-4-2, 4-4-1-1, 4-2mc-3w-1 and 4-5-1 v. in most cases this Formation is easy to beat!

I used the Vstyle 4-5-1 but lost.... I played away but I was there so I had 8% possession, he and his fans weren't there so 0 possession.
I think it's because he had 2 ST and an AML and an AMR so next time I should play with 2 DMC maybe?
Anyway it's was ridiculous for me.... This is why I have never won any title yet.... 0 title..... As always...

Sure, I played mixed passing, force counter, low pressing, normal tackling and no offside trap.
We both had 18 shots and he had like 6 on target and I had only like 3or 4. My AML and AMR are very decent but it seemed like they did nothing in that match.
His STs are all 5 stars and my defenders are all 4 stars and 1 6 stars. I think he attacked the wings because his wingers are rated 9.0 after the match.
His GK is 3 stars, mine is 4 stars with 1on1 ability.

ok there are 2 things that you can try in These cases. Change to Long and Counter or Change to mixed without Counter.
