How to beat 3N-1-3N-2-1

Hello, I don't know how to beat 3N-1-3N-2-1 formation.

I have stronger team.
Maybe I can play 3W-1-3N-3 or 3N-4-3? What do you think ?
I playing always 4-4-2 formation.

3N-2(DML,DMR)-2(MC,MC)-1(AMC)-2 is what I would try.
Those pesky AML/AMR guys will mess you up if you don't do something to counter them.
I think I'd have a forward arrow on the central defender and the AMC and a back arrow on one of the strikers.

4-4-2 or 3W-3N-AML-AMR-2ST both flanks, 4-3N-1-2 through middle are good options
