You sure? This season 4-3n-1-2 has had the upper hand against 4-4-2... 4-5-1v seems to be a good formation vs 4-3n-1-2

I have noticed that this season 4-4-2 is a very good counter against 4-3N-1-2

4-3-3 offensive with both counter/offside trap ON, normal and mixed (all players motivated, Dc's blue). Be sure your players are in good form.

when you play offensive, counter is useless and dangerous

if you are a good Manager, you will beat every Formation you want with a 4-4-2.
4-4-2 and 4-4-1-1 are both some of the strongest formations.

but if you aren´t sure, you ll better Play a 4-5-1 V to attack the wings. it´s up to your philosophy.

4-4-2 is a very strong formation but is for no good managers who do not know how to set up a team and they don't actively participate in a live match. This is my opinion.

I've had a hard time countering 4-3n-1-2. I've probably won twice, drawn once and lost recently 4-0 to team I'm better than by 10 points. My 4-5-1V had to play defensive with counter orders vs better opponents but went with more attacking vs this last opponent in a champs league away match. I might consider playing 4-4-2 from now on
