4-3n-3 How do you play it?

This season i found out some strong but crazy orders

Attacking
Mixed
strong pressing
Mixed
hard
zonal
force Counter
no arrows

In most matches i observe that my Team has much Possession in the Animations. They are playing like Bayern munich which Play the opponents tired and then they score one Goal after another. what i observe, too, is that my Team Plays dangerous Counter attacks, what is well showed in the animations.

This Kind of playing this Formation has made my Team very flexible.

How do you Play it and what have you observed?
