Friends team is playing very well going into every game more position allows , I play more balls , shot count more ; but I can not win . Do you think I'd better change my tactics ?

1st, I don't understand Turkish language, but I'll try to guess words
About tactics:
If you play attacking style, then do not force counterattacks!
Your formation suits better with low pressing than high. You should use high pressing only against 541 formations.
Use red arrows on DL and DR if opponent doesn't have AML, AMR and/or 3ST.
You don't need to use red arrows on AML and AMR because they are offensive players by default.
Use attacking mentality against weaker teams, against strong teams use normal mentality.
Use mixed passing in most matches, long against strong teams with 5 mildfielders.
Focus passing through flanks when opponent has only 2 wingers.
Use hard tackling against strong opponents, otherwise normal.
Use zonal marking, man to man against very weak teams.
