It's for first leg in CL. My usual line up is 4-5-1v.

I'm thinking of playing long ball down the wings or should I go for 4-3-3?

his lines are too closed, I wouldn't suggest long pass but if you watch "live" maybe playing defense and "drugging" those DMCs in your area, maybe it could work with counters.
Check his ML & MR. Are they also AMR & AML (more attackers) ? Their stats, are they scoring ?
If not, maybe try a 4-5-1, (defense/counters) from the flanks, with DR, DR,AML,AMR with red arrows.
Surely it looks that his flanks are vulnerable.
Also a 3DC-1DMC-1MC-ML-MR-AML-AMR-ST could work.
