    Against 4-1-4-1

Is still 4-2-2-2 Hex effective as counter?
In that case, may i use Normal, both flanks, mixed pass, zonal with lower pressing (counter on)?

    I would go 4-2-2-2 or 4-5-1v or 4-3-2-1.

Those orders are fine, he shouldn't be able to hurt you unless he has higher quality or successful counters.
