settings for 3-1-4-1-1.??

I need some help with settings for this 3-1-4-1-1.



right now I am using

Normal
Through middle
Low
Hard
mixed
zone

no counter
offside trap

I need all the help i can get..

And what counter should i look out for?? i means what is the best counter against me
