Any ideas for orders to 4-5-1 V-Style?

I would use blue arrows on MC's and DMC because he has stronger centre. From same reason you want passing through flanks.
Lenght of passes: mixed. If you team is weaker, long passing could be option, but if successful passes % falls under 80%, then switch to mixed or short.
Tackling: hard
Marking: zonal.
Pressing: low

Since 43N3 is direct counter for 451V, while he has bonus player in front of your defensive line (DMC), maybe 451V isn't the best option. I'd rather use some formation with 3DC+DMC defence and 2-3 MC, but decision is yours. Whatever you choose, good luck!
