4-4-2 vs 4-3-2-1

Hello peeps, i was researching and it says 4-3-2-1 ( its seem to be called 4-5-1 v-style) countering mine 4-4-2.

Im new and im playing 4-4-2 with ML and MR red arrows ( forward ). Am I good with this if he is 14star and i am 21star ? I really need this win to get in new league next season. Thanks

pressing low
marking zonal
offside trap no since i have slow defenders.

Can you play 4-3-2w-1 or 4-3-3?

I can play 4-3-2w-1 if take ML to > AML (yellow slot - which means he is only ML) and my MR to AMR (yellow). Or 4-3-3 if i take out 2x5star and putt ST with 4star and MC with 4star

Ok, start with 4-4-2 then if things go wrong switch to 4-3-3
