My squad quality is 43,3 and his is 36,7
Also would this formation be good or bad its The final in Champions league.
Have you train your players ?
I usually play 4-3-3 and have some troubles with 4-1-4-1, but not sure is the best counter...
Offensive, mix pass and style, high press, zonal and conter + offside both on....
Hi,normally 4-1-4-1 is the official countering formation vs 4-3-3.
I used myself it vs 4-3-3 with almost always good results, caring about:
1) being defensive+ counterattack ,since 4-1-4-1 is a compact formation, ideal for defensive purposes
2) redirecting the game control on flanks for obvious reasons
With a defensive mode,I never use blue arrows, but
1) No arrows for players I want to perform predefined defensive mode
2) Red arrows for players who need to be offensive (MR,ML if required, ST)
Yours seems to be a globally total defensive strategy, since:
a) your team mode is set to defensive
b) some players are blocked with a blue arrow (so ultra defensive)
c) no player performs any offensive attempt or counterattack to try to score
You risk to play for 0-0 result, leaving all chances to your opponent....
I remember opponents weak if forced to defense, but terrible if I had let them dominate.
So:
About formation:
1) No arrows for all defenders : they already play defensive and their alignment must be sincronized
2) Red arrow for DMC if you want him to support midfield activity,No arrow otherwise
(I see you want him to support defense,so NO arrow is better)
3) Red arrow for ML,MR and ST, to try perform offensive task
About orders:
1) defensive mode OK (high defensive if stronger top11 (not reserves) opponent,)
2) Focus passing Down both Flanks OK
3) Passing style: it's up to you; OK Mixed, then you decide if switching or maintaining
4) Force Counterattack :ON
5) Pressing style: it depends on the situation of your team injuries, cards and condition and on your opponent strength...
6) Offside trap: OFF
This is what I retrieved from playing seasons and seasons of matches, and is to be tested to your team,so that you can
adjust during the match
