Is 4-1-2-1-2 Overused in TE?

I do think that's fo basic 4-4-2. With Narrow Diamond you can go through the center (since tou use 2 mc and one amc) and cover the sides motivating the defender wings. I sometimes unmotivate my dmc too in case i face 3 STs. And i play that offensive usually.

4-1-2-1-2 counters the 4-4-2 anyway. 4-5-1 V counters them both, but not as effective on the 4-4-2
