im not new ive been playing for a year. the game started to crash and nothing would work. a few days ago i saw that it was working, and i had some scouts, had advanced 5 levels and had 84 tokens and lots of medical packs. i downloaded the app but after opening it it says error connecting to google servers. i contacted yesterday and today the developers but no reply. what should i do?

i am using
Samsung Galaxy E5
Android Kitkat 4.4.4
