For many season I also play with 442ND before I try use my current formation (3W-3DM-1-2W-1) at this season and sometimes change to 442ND during match

Maybe you can try use this setting for 442ND, work good for me.

All use default setting, only put Red on DL+DR, if 1st half you not score or oppo score goal then you can change to attacking + high pressing + hard tackle.
