any formations to counter these 3 different formations?

defense for no1 > DR+DL+DC+DMC. If his ST is very good, set 2 DC
no2 & no3, it's 3DC+1DMC.
For attack, depending from your players.
The1st mayBe with a 4-4-2ND but do you have 2 good ST and AMC ?
The other two, better with wingers, from the flanks.
I would start all the games with defense/counters and keep that way at least to no2&3.

How can I get my players to play more attacking? It says my team is too soft on opponents, and they don't score goal but always concede 1 goal every game.

I'll try it with your formation, it's a cup match against this team. Do you know why my striker is not scoring? Seems like they are always one on one with the keeper, but they don't score.
