My Formation Need Help Plz

Hey guys I use the formation 4-1-3-1-1 and just played bottom of league and team managed a draw just lol, anyone else use this and if so what tactics do u use with this, don't want to change formation just unsure what tactics to use with this formation thanx

I've been testing this out today after going through 4 draws and a loss.

Won 2 out of 2 so far 3-0 and 2-1

What tactics do u use with it

Exactly the same as the video.

Short, through the middle, attack, own half, zonal, normal tackling no counter no offside

Red arrows on DR, right side, DC, LB, MR, ML and blue just AMC
