Hello guys,I want to ask you if I have to waste money to do all counter formation first,but I think no because so I have poor quality players and I waste boosters etc. Now play 3-1-2-2-2

AMR........AML
.....ST......ST...
I have 5 subistitute GK,MC,AMR,AMC,ST. My orders are:
Team mentality: Attacking
Focus passing: Mixed
Pressing style: Low
Tacking Style: Normal
Passing style: Mixed
Marking Style: Zonal
Do you think that orders are correct? I did my frist match and I draw 1-1. Thank you.

Your orders are right but don't forget about defense.Any counter attack formation can beat your formations.

Now I do 4-51 V style,with mentality defensive,both flanks,high pressing,passing stle mixed,zonal,normal contrast,play offside trap and force counter-attacks

Your team is a very easy team to beat with this formation, if any opponent has "alright" wingers he may beat your time with a score even, because you have no players covering the flanks in your half, so I would say use fullbacks or at least wing backs always
