Your team is a very easy team to beat with this formation, if any opponent has "alright" wingers he may beat your time with a score even, because you have no players covering the flanks in your half, so I would say use fullbacks or at least wing backs always

2 MC
1 AML/AMC
1 AMR/MR
2 ST
1 DMR/AMR/MR

I would suggest considering buying players who play in these positions, even not very good ones.

So the formation will be 3-2-3-2 (3 DC,1 DML,1 DMR,3 MC,2 ST) ?

pretty much depending on the opponent, but yeah 3 mcs with the middle one with defending duties, or 1 dm and 2 cms if the opponent is playing down the middle
