Need Help for 4-5-1 V-Style

Hi guys,
I need little help for my formation.
I play 4-5-1 V-Style with the fallowing orders:
Defense/Normal - depends of the team
Mixed Passes
Down Both Flanges
Counter-Attack ON
Low Pressing
Normal Tackling
Zonal Marking
Offside trap OFF

Depends of the team which I will play I use Red or Blue arrows on DL/DR.
All of my players are 6 stars, only the ST is 7 stars, the normal MC ( without arrow) and the DR are 5 stars.
My balance so far is 22 wins / 2 draws / 7 losses.
It's not so bad. I use this formation from this season ( 17th).
The problem here is that I win against stronger teams, but loss against weaker teams. I'm already out from the Cup and CL in 1/16 finals.
In Cup I lost home game against team which is 99 rating ( i'm 106.5) 2:5. Any way I won the away game but it was not enough ( 1:3)
In CL I won the away game with 0:1, but lost the home game 1:2 against team with 103 rating ( both teams use 3-4-3).
In League I lost two tames against weaker team ( 103 rating, used 3-4-3 against).
From the above I see that there is a weakness against 3-4-3.
Is there a way to avoid this, to change my tactic or the orders or idk ...
