Does anyone have. Any slight idea how to deal with a team like this not quite sure myself. I have done bit research, and some said 4-5-1V works or 3-5-2V works, but I am still not sure.

Why 4-1-4-1 have you tried it against this formation or does it counter 4-1-1-3-1 cause. I need some more information about how to counter it.

with 4 midfielders you are controlling the midfield, the key here is to stop his key players, and with 4-1-4-1 you will have dmf marking his amc and 2 fullbacks marking his wingers, and he doesn't have any midfield where you have 4, this is supposed to be an easy win for you

the 5 in the back blue arrows, 5 infront red arrows, short pass own flanks, high or low depending on how good opponent is
