Playing against 4-1-2-1-2 (almost ND)

Playing against the following format, not exactly Diamond, but close enogh. Please suggest the counter formation. No DC next to the DL and playing with ML instead of the other MC. Not sure if this guy is just messing with me or if this his true lineup! Thanks!

This line up is wierd you can focus on right flank use (mr) there and don't go through middle.
