How to Counter 3N-5-2 Formation

I saw many messages on this forum about this formation (like 4-5V-1, 4-4-2, etc.), but there were also many different suggested counter formation and some said it worked and some said it did not work! Me & my opponent are about the same level, strength wise (fraction of a point difference).

4-5-1v because simply you wanna make use of him not having fullbacks, and 4-3n-2w-1 is also good if your midfield is better than his, but I'd recommend playing with a dmc

I looked at his previous game and he played with arrows pointing up (forward) for all 3 MCs and 1 of his strikers. He also pointed the middle DC arrow backward (towards his goal).
