Counter strange 3-2-2-2-1 formation

i am playing against a strange 3-2-2-2-1 formation. my opponent has the following team:

DL DC DR
DMC DMC
MC MC
AML AMR
ST

I honestly have no idea how to counter. Btw, he's a bit better than me. Any suggestions?
