I need help

So this season is going terrible so far. I keep losing from teams which have overalls at least 7points below me! Do I need to change formation or arrows?
This is my team right now.

so, change things
if play from the middle, try from the flanks
if playing attack, try defense
if some players arent playing good, sell and buy others

I'd start with looking over the players' form and replacing any under performers

You can try this:

Normal mentality away, offensive at home
Reds on DR, DL, MC, MC
Blue on DC, DC
Through middle, Mixed passing (occasionally instead of shorts, expecially against number superiority's midfields)
Whole Pitch
Zonal
No Offside
Counter: optional (if counter, red arrow on your strongest ATK stat ST, blue on your stronges PHYSICAL stat ST)

Don't play ND it's so easy to counter.

Your problem is the 4-1-2-1-2 tactic. You have no wingers and 3 DCs will pretty much freeze your strikers.

I think that's the problem too, lost another game today. Any suggestions for a new tactic?

I changed formations but it didn't work out. Lost another game today.

Nothing seems to work and ik keep losing games from really weak teams

Edit: even most of the stats are in my advantage, they always get 1 lucky shot
