I always lose

How come I always lose?
Most of the game that I lose are against teams with as same stars as me or less
When I change for a new tactic I can lose even for team with 1-2 stars so I never changed tactics
My tactic is :
2 FW'S 1 OM 2 CM's 1 DM 2 CB's and 1 RB 1 LB

attacks via center always
defensive/hard aggressiveness against better team .
normal aggressiveness/offensive against inferior teams.
passing: mixed(low and high)

Is there any idea that could help me win?

You opponents are probably attacking you down the flanks since your are playing 4-1-2-1-2 tactics. You should have wingers to cover the flanks, like ML/MR or AML/AMR combination
