how to play agaisnt 4-1-1-2-2 with a bunch of supporters

i am having a league game against a player who uses 4-1(dmc)-1(mc) -2(wingers)-2(st).
game is at my stadium, but he usually has at least 5-6 supporting him, so i wont have much posssesion bonus.
any ideas?
