Playing players out of position

OK, if I have to players ome AMR and one AML and play them both and MR and ML with forward arrows, so effectively playing in their best positions when we have the ball(attacking) will this work how I hope it to?

Playing against bots that play 4-5-1 flat a lot and here's what i'm trying http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphoto...27112398_n.jpg

Now on the left i have a ML AML so he'll be OK, but it's the rigth I'm thinking about mainly, the AMR is a 16 quality, and i got a free transfer last night who's a MR/AMR but he's only an 11, so wondered if the 16 will be OK, with the use of arrows.

So I guess the jist of this post is, is it OK to play players out of position if you have arrows running them into their trained position.

Yes, that should be fine, but I think the game may adjust the possession a little -5% for playing a position thats technically not natural to the player.

I could just play that guy AMR? Not sure how much of a difference it would make though to shape

Agreed, why not just put them as wingers and play 3-5-2 V?

Well my reasoning was that i would need them at RM and LM to couter the 451 flat, but I guess I could try the V
