What is the best tactic for my scout formation?

Sergio, I might be a bit rigid because of the faith I have in 442 but I do adapt sometimes....when I start getting unwarranted poor results I switch to a defensive formation just like Sharma pointed out to at least get a draw even in bad form....but I would really suggest 4 4 2 class is, best to my knowledge, it's difficult to beat. 3man defence a little bit too risky for me and I love flank plays too....it's a bit reduce with that. These are my orders and arrows.
