70% vs. 30% and defeat

Hey.
In each match, my team wins Ball possession 70% to 30%, or 65-35 ..
But on shot on goal I lose sometimes. Thus, my team loses the match. What do I do?

If you take goals with opponent's forwards jumping your men and scoring, get a strong central defender.
If you lack weight in your defense, get a strong and tall defender (with aerial speciality if possible)
If you take goals from distant shoots, get a defensive wall defender.
If you have overall a weak goalie, get a good one.

-Get a shadow striker and a strong ST as well for starters if you lack goals.
