3w-4-3, attacking, high press, down the flanks, short passing, zonal, no counter, offsides trap on.
Basically, he's got so many bodies on his half of the pitch, that by high pressing, when you win possession, you'll be winning it in his territory. The offsides trap helps defend against counter-attacks.
If you prefer a more neutral approach, then maybe a 4-4-2 or 4-2-2-2 will work for you.
