    where can I report an illegal formation?

    I'm talking about this formation:



    There are several player on wrong positions (like the GK) and not enough defenders
    I have to play a league match on thuesday at 18h43

    Illegal just means that he will be heavily penalized by the game engine not that he is not allowed to play with it.

    Why would you want to report it? Do you want it fixed? You get 80% possession when facing an illegal formation lol.
