Any narrow formation with more than 1 striker should do alright against this formation.

I beat it 4:3 agg (2:2, 2:1) in the cup semi-finals 11 seasons ago (i was level 14, him level 17), using 4-3n-3 (1st leg) and 4-1-2n-3 (2nd leg).
Strikers aren't as effective as they were then, so a 4-1-2-1-2 ND as Nick Lizas mentioned above, might work best.
