I won't say as I don't like to make things unfair. If I help a particular manager significantly for a particular match, this will be unfair to the other manager. I leave it to the manager (which is you in the case here) to do his own work. But, I do return the favor to some users after they have helped me in some way.

I will give you one important advice though; this applies to real life too. Never do anything blindly, especially when it comes to something important; if you don't know or if you are not sure enough, make some research and so on, and use your intelligence to make deductions and take the most appropriate decisions. Concerning this game as such, you will get all sort of advices, recommendations and so on about how to play the game, what tactics to use and so on here from users of this forum, but that does not mean every of those 'advices' is good or appropriate. Do not just 'copy and paste' things 'blindly'; you must ensure that what are you putting there as formation and orders are appropriate for facing the opponent.

I have tried the formation above in Away match and lost 2-0

in second leg i have changed tactics and played with my own formation and won 4-1 and qualified for next round

I could not make counter attacks since his midfield players were intercepting the ball correctly
