My problem is I cant find my tactic . I always lose you guys suggest me a good tactic.

Try make use of your wingers and see how they work in tactics like

4-2-2-2 HEX 4-5-1 V

or you can use your ND 4-1-2-1-2 and see how it goes

you need to see what are your strengths from the flanks or the middle and continue with it

Normal/Attack depends on your opponent quality or what you want from the match , mixed passing , both flanks , counter attack on , low pressure , zonal ,offside on

I will advice you to take suggestions from experienced memebers of forum.
Anyways I can try to help a bit!

HEXAGONE
I will mention two hexagons here.

1: Defensive hexagone
2: Attacking hexagone

1: Defensive hexagone(4-2DMC-ML,MR-2AMC)
This is still working due to midfeild wingers.This works best with defensive counter attacks.Low press and mixed passing style is recommended.This formation gives lots of possesion.This formation if tough to beat and opponent needs to play with best wingers to beat it.

2: Attacking hexagone(4-2mc-aml,amr-2st)
Not much useful as there is no dmc.Blue arrows on mc are must for possesion.High press and offside traps is must to save ourself from attackers.It is mostly used for beating formations with less midfeilders.

NARROW DIAMOND(4-4-2)
Narrow diamond can be counterd via flanks,but still possesion and low press can save it.It works best with defensive counter attacks.Man on man marking can save you from opponent wings attacks.
