Is it worth buying players from Scout list?

My MC's are week compare to the 2 players AML/ST and AMR/ST both are one to one.

I have found 24 yrs old which I am thinking to buy. Another player which I like from scout list is MR/AMR dribbler 22 years old


Shall I go for MC?
