Counter to 3w-1-1-3w-2

Can any one suggest a counter to 3w-1-1-3w-2 ...I lost my previous cup match 2-0 with him using 4-3-1-2 formation....his team is weaker than mine by 7%.....but some how he managed to beat me....now this is a must win game

I like 3n-3w (DML/C/R)-2n-2. Normal mentality, mixed focus, mixed passing, low press, counter on, ot off. Probably red arrows on defensive wingers.

Use butterfly formation....3N-2w-2n-2w-1....

I posted this thread....and I defeated that guy with this formation...but I don't remember the goal difference..it was a long time ago
