4-3-3 Orders need HELP

Hello Top 11 gamers, I would like some help with my 4-3-3 formation for it's orders thanks
My current orders is:

Team mentality: Normal
Focus passing: Mixed
Pressing Style: High
Tackling: Hard
Passing: Mixed
Marking: Zonal
Force Counter-Attacks: ON
Offside Trap: OFF

STRIKERS- I put Red Arrows for the Middle Striker
DEFENDERS- I put Red Arrows for DL and DR

So yeah, just now I was having a champions league match against a 4-2-2-2 formation
and I watch from the beggining I scored 1 goal in the first 4th minute then in the
2nd half he changed his formation to 4-4-2 and scored in the 56th minute and again scored in the 58th minute
so after that he keep changing his players for substitution in the 63th,67th and 77th minute yeah
and he won (me home)1-2(he's away). So I really need help with this guys as for I'll be away for
the 2nd champions league game against him.
P.S my players average quality is (53.3) and his were (52.2).

Focus passing: Mixed

from the middle

STRIKERS- I put Red Arrows for the Middle Striker

better not

DEFENDERS- I put Red Arrows for DL and DR

better not if oppo has AMR-AML

Pressing Style: High

I avoid that. Loosing more condition for uncertain result.
I use it only for emergency.

If i'm wining and allready socre some goals , i'm changing pressing style to low. and counter off.
If i'm loosing .. I go for Hard tackling and man to man

I dont know if this is good form/orders , but for me its best at this moment.

yea i'm 1 lvl , start playing top eleven 1 weeks ago so ..

I win 99% all league matches. and 3 win , 1 lose at association matches.

and for me midlle pass style isnt working. tryd some matches with middle focus passes and i score only 1-2 goals. when with mixed passes i go for 4-6 goals.

p.s. I have better team then others at my league. bec of this -->> ez wins. I Hope this tactic will work with same power oponnents.,

If that, better mix pass.

yea but i tryd 3 MC too in middle, I mean my ML/MR have MC position too, so at this formation 1-2 score only. I think ML - MR and mixed pass + flang attacks is better. maybe its only for me

and fast question ( greek orhto bro ) ) this is my next opponent so should i try focus right flang? he has realy strange formation

Last couple of seasons I found Mixed works better too but I try to avoid using 433, never really made it work for me.
