Help conuter 1st; she uses 5-4-1

Hi to everyone.
in less than 2 hours I have to play against the 1st. she uses 5-4-1. she has 19 goals scored and 3 goals against.
She is 16.1 and I am 18.5

I read that i have to use 4-4-2 or 3-5-2 to counter this formation.
what's the best? And what tactics I have to use?

I suggest 4-5-1v and 4-3-2-1(4-5-1 high winger).
