need help with opponent's formation

I made it to the top 16 of the cup
and now i've got a really tough opponent and his formation is 4-5-1
hes got 4 in defense, 5 in mid and one ST

what formation can I use?


note in the above image, pls help me pick a formation which i can make with my squad in the picture.
