Hi i have a game against a 3-2-1-2-2 please help me counter it I've never faced this formation before Should i use 4141 and exploit the flanks ? He is 88% and I'm 92% btw it is an association game.

yea, something like this and if you (about after 30 ' game minutes) that you have the control but not scoring, throw a second ST.
Try defense/counter to attract his many defenders and strike back, but with mix passing.
