I beat a similar formation, lower quality team than mine.

4-4-1-1, attacking, mixed, mixed, no CA, own, normal, offside trap depending on the speed of ST vs. DCs. Attack arrow to one or both DR/DL if they have very good speed, crossing, creativity; attack arrow to AMC if he's got good attacking skill - passing, shooting, speed, finishing, aggression; attack arrow to 1 or 2 in the middle line with best attacking skills. Defensive arrow to 1 DC if opponent breaks through or has many corner kicks.
