Need counter for 3W-2(DMC)-1-2-2

Hi, I need advice on beating my cup opponent in the 2nd leg. I just lost 3-0 in the 1st leg and I never face his formation before. We are about the same quality 107% vs 105%. And any arrows should I put on my players? I'm really lost facing this formation.

I would start with 3DC- 1DMC- 2MC- AML- AMR- 2ST, def/counter/mix pass/flanks.
If I 'm not winning at the break, then switch to attack/high press/ man to man
* but it's a very tough game/score
