Weird Xmas tree formation. How to beat it?

I am facing this formation in my next game and since I've encountered a Xmas-tree formation like this one before, I was wondering if anyone has any good tips on how to beat it.

Not just ofrmation wise but also tactics wise.

there's no formations to counter it, u'll never win all the time with a "counter" formation
