how to counter 4-2-3-1

I also use 4-2-3-1 and face difficulty against 4-5-1V. I believe you can use 4-5-1V or 3W-1-3N-2W-1

Funny because it is exactly the other way round for me: I play 4-5-1 V and have hard times against this. Usually, I am successful with defensive lineups as 3DC-3WDM.
